Donna Garrison
Donna believes in our body's innate ability to heal itself, although sometimes we need an extra helping hand.
After graduating top of her class from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2004, Donna worked in a variety of settings in Dartmouth and Halifax. She is a current member of the Massage Therapists’ Association of Nova Scotia, and holds a Level 2 Usui Reiki certificate. Donna is experienced in working with various conditions including: TMJ dysfunction, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, headaches, arthritis, neck and back pain, to name a few. Donna also provides Massage Therapy / Reiki during cancer treatment and recovery, pregnancy, palliative care, and for our elders. Using Massage Therapy and Healing Energy (Reiki) with a therapeutic and/or relaxation focus, Donna helps create a safe, sacred space for healing to happen.
Donna has a passion for learning, loves playing in the dirt and is a self-proclaimed book worm, dancer, and secret artist.
